At the time of creating a bootable disk, the data might be erased on the USB drive.
To recover the erased data, use any one of the following third-party data recovery tools.

EaseUS Data Recovery:
Connect the bootable USB flash drive to your computer.
Now, download and then install the EaseUS Data Recovery tool on the computer.
Once done with the installation process, launch the main interface of the EaseUS Data Recovery software on the computer.
When the ‘Select a location to start finding data’ window opens, go to the External Device section and choose the bootable USB drive.
Once you click the Scan option, the EaseUS Data Recovery software scans the bootable USB drive and shows the scanned result on the screen.
If necessary, you can preview all the recoverable files.
Choose the files and click the Recover option.
Make sure to specify the correct location to save the restored files.
Note: Do not save the restored files in the same location where you have lost the files to avoid data overwriting.
MiniTool Power Data Recovery:
Download the MiniTool Power Data Recovery software by clicking the Download button on the manufacturer web page.
Install the downloaded MiniTool Data Recovery software as per the on-screen instructions and then launch its main interface on the computer.
Establish a connection between the USB drive and the computer.
In the ‘Select the device to recover’ window, click the Removable Disk Drive tab on the left panel and choose the USB drive on the main panel.
Click the Scan option at the bottom-right corner. This will start the scanning process.
Once done, the MiniTool Power Data Recovery software displays the scanned data on the screen.
Wait until the Bootable USB Data Recovery software finishes the full scan to get the better result.
When you see the Scan Settings window on the screen, select the checkbox next to the file type and click the OK option.
Choose all the needed files from the result and click the Save option.
In the Export Scan Result window, fill the File Name field and mention the location to save the retrieved files.
After you click the Save option in the Export Scan Result window, the restored files will be saved in the specified location.
