Recovering Permanently Deleted Email From Gmail
- Open the official Gmail website from your browser.
- Otherwise, open the Gmail application from your smartphone.
- From the left panel of the screen, open the Trash Folder.
- Now, choose the email messages that you want to recover.
- Right-click on the email message and select the Move to Inbox option from the displayed list.
- If you can’t find the deleted email you want to recover in the Trash folder, check the Spam folder.
- Select the email message you want to retrieve and click the Not spam option.
- If you can’t find the message, type the subject of the message in the search box to get the email.
Recovering Permanently Deleted Emails Outlook
- If you have accidentally deleted an email in Outlook, it will be moved to the Deleted Items Folder in your mailbox.
- Once you are logged in to your Outlook account, open the Deleted Items folder. Now, right-click on the email you want to retrieve and select the Move option.
- Select the mailbox folder to move the email message.
- To recover a permanently deleted email, click the Folder menu, and select the Recover Deleted Items tile.
- Now, click on the Recover button found at the top-left corner of the screen.
- Outlook will now start to recover your email messages.
- Open the Deleted Items folder to find your email message.
