  • Open the default browser on your computer.
  • Download the utility from the official Hirenboot page.

  • Use the arrow keys and select the CD/DVD ROM for the 1st Boot Device.
  • Select HDD for 2nd Boot Device and the 3rd Boot Device to Floppy, Network, or Disable.
  • Press the ESC button and select YES to save the configuration.
  • Select the Windows Mini XP option from the Hiren disk’s boot.
  • Click the My Computer icon.
  • Run the Hiren backup tool. Double-click on the HBCD icon.
  • Select Backup from the drop-down menu and select FastCopy.
  • Now, you have to select a folder or a drive to be the source location.
  • To choose a destination directory, connect a flash drive or an external hard drive.
