Go to the Deleted Items folder or the Junk Email folder.
Deleted items: In this folder, you can find the deleted data such as email message, email folder, contact, calendar item, and tasks. Now, select the email that you wish to recover. After selecting the email, click on the Restore option. Now, the selected email will be moved back to its original location.
Junk Email: Choose the email that you wish to recover and click the Not Junk option. That’s! The selected email will be moved back to the Inbox folder. Continue reading to know how to recover deleted emails in Outlook with more settings.
