Most of the iPhone users back up their data periodically. But, some don’t. The backup files are stored in iTunes or iCloud based on the user's desire.
On iPhone, the deleted photo or any multimedia data will not be removed permanently. Apple has designed a feature named Recently Deleted. When you delete a photo or any multimedia file, it will be temporarily stored in the Recently Deleted folder.
To recover the data from the Recently Deleted folder, select the files you want and tap the Recover option.
The deleted data stored in that folder are available for only 30 days, after which they will be removed automatically. This feature is applicable only for recovering multimedia type data.
